Museum of Natural History Announces 2019 Board of Trustees
The Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History is proud to announce Executive Committee officers for 2019 as well as new Trustee Sharon Bradford. All were confirmed by vote at the Board of Trustees meeting held at the Museum on January 22, 2019.
Chair Christopher Knowlton, Immediate Past Chair Bobbie Kinnear, Vice Chair Development Chris Blau, Vice Chair Governance Carolyn Chandler, and Vice Chair Finance Terry Valeski are entering the second year of their post. New officers include Secretary Elaine Gibson and Member at Large Vince Caballero.
Sharon Bradford has had the opportunity to serve on many boards in her beloved town of Santa Barbara. Some of these include the Santa Barbara Historical Museum, the Lobero Theatre, Direct Relief International, Casa del Herrero, and the Santa Barbara Zoo. She graduated from UCSB with a degree in Art History. After living in the Bay Area for thirty years Sharon and her husband are thrilled to be back home. They enjoy hiking the trails with their four dogs and absorbing the daily beauty of Santa Barbara.
